PAR conversion to DCs in EP SP22 of NW04-SCA u201CEP_BUILDTu201D NWDI(6.40)

Hi All,

In the NWDI(6.40) and Portal(6.40 SP22) we are using SCA u201CEP_BUILDTu201D for creation of DCs using PAR files is not availbale.

In Service Market place also they are not available.

1) Is it ok if we go ahead without this SCA or it is mandatory?

2) What about libraries which we need to make use of for ex:com.sap.security.api, com.sap.tc.Location etc...

Please guide.
