Issue with creating Solutions in DSWP

Hi,

We installed Solution manager 7.0 SR2 SP10.

When we goto Transaction DSWP to create new solutions, i am giving new solution name and clicking create button, no action takes place.i am in the same screen.

Please let me know how to proceed.
