Contract acconts

Hi,

I have created Business Partner with FPP1, then I'm trying to create Contract Account with CAA1 and SAP displayed one error - Account holder relationship is not uniquely defined.

I don't how can I solve it and what's tcode I should use. Please, help me, if you can.
