Pseudo delta changes

Dear SDNers,

We extract equipment master data using peudo delta on Changed date. We found that not all the fields are getting captured by this. However when we do a full upload,all the fields are getting updated.

Most of them are custom fields.

Please give me your inputs on how to check in the user exit code, why these fields are not getting captured on the pseudo delta run,
