I had opened a support case (302991519) back on 13 June, concerning the istartup of Xcelisus 2008 on my Vista x64 machine. No matter what we tried, it kept telling me that the activation key (that came with the product and allowed me to install it) was invalid. As far as I know the case is still open, but I cannot access it since this new "support" system was instituted.
Can anyone assist me?
