How can we trigger automatically a corrective maintenance order?

Hi Patel,

You have to create Measuring Point for the important parametes and capture its value in Measuring Documents.When the measured value deviates from the standard set value,MO could be triggered automatically.

hi santhosh,

i think ur talking about condition based maintenance and in standard SAP it is not triggred automatically you need to user exit for the same...

The user-exit Pushpa refers to is IMRC0001 (exit before update).

Can you give us more details regarding your requirement...

Dear,

Normally order gets triggerd by external event like

Performance of 1000 km or 1500 hrs we call it as Performance Based mainte.

After three months six months etc. we call it as Preventive Maintenance.

If Meaausrement document gets below or aove set value then we call it as condition based maintennce which can be triggered by the system.

For Corrective Maintencewe acan likn some mechanism like if equipment stopped then it should trigger then it may possible.
