Hello,
I am trying to update the SAP Kernel 749 PL300 but from SAPCPE log i see few error below files have not copied / updated from central EXE to Local EXE even tho files are available. In such case can you copy the missing files manually to the Local EXE?
we have checked file permission and they are owned by sidadm with 755.
Another question - can you skip SAPCPE and copy full kernel to Local EXE manually ?

Hello Venkata,
It seems that the issue is related missing files at the central exe folder...
I would say that, as a workaround, you could apply the kernel to the local exe folder of each instance, manually.
What was the previous kernel release / patch level?

Isaías

I was using sapcpe pf=<> with option all folders where not getting copied.
without option all sapcpe pf =<> updates files and folder perfectly.

Hello Isaias,
yes the files in global EXE are not copied correctly and that lead to SAPCPE error in local instance.
we are updating the kernel from 749_PL200 to PL314.
