SAP 4.7 IDES Installation error - CJS-00084 SQL Statement or Script failed

I am trying to install SAP 4.7 IDES with the following configuration:

Processor 2.0GHz, 2.0GB RAM, 80GB HDD (20+60), Winxp SP3, Oracle 9.2.

Installed CentraI instance without any problem. While installing Database instance, after completing task oralce table spaces, installation was aborted with the error CJS-00084 SQL Statement or Script failed. last few lines of sapinst.log is attached herewith for reference.

Please help to solve the problem. I need to reinstall from scratch???
