Hi Gurus

My client is consumers product manufacturer they are exporting to most of country,During export sales product is loading on the container .Before loading of product truck is fully inspected that wet condition and inside the container sharp edges photo is captured and after loading photo is captured also captured photo once container sealed.

I tried truck as material and manual inspection lot and result recording and UD,but user is asking that automatic lot creation for truck.

Also i tried separate operation for truck in quality plan but for this i have to do result recording for every FGS (Inspection lot against delivery). Actually truck is separate inspection with its own parameter

Thanks in advance

First off.. FGS?? What is that?

I think your original solution would be the way I go. I'd create a material called TRAILER. Then do a manual inspection for the Trailer. You could consider using the delivery number as the batch number for TRAILER inspection.

Did you try inspection type 10 with your delivery? I don't think you need to record values for every batch number if you are doing a delivery inspection.

Thanks Craig S

I tried that trailer created as material with ins type 10 added into the material master.

1.Sale order created for FGS (Final Product) parts one line item for trailer while doing delivery inspection lot is generated.

1.At what batch i have to select for Trailer during scheduling will have to add direct posting (561 for trailer).

2.Inventory regarding Trailer.
