Font problem

Hi

I have created one smartform & style in CRM server and used an Z font available in the development server. After transporting to quality when we tried to view the form it was throwing an error saying that Z font is not available in quality. We have requested basis and they have transported the Z font family and after that we are able to view the form but the alignment and font we see are not correct. I have checked in SE73 in quality and found that Z font family is available. Please tell me what is the problem and how we can correct.
