BI 4.2 SP05 - schedule destinations

Hi,

Testing the new BI-BO 4.2 SP05 (no patches) and have found that it is not possible to select the destination type when scheduling the document in BI launchpad.

BO Server OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago).

Browser: Internet Explorer 11.

Using the new fiorified BI launchpad on SP05 it seems to work.

Is this a general issue on SP05? I could not find it documented in SP05 known issues, nor in SP05 Patch 100 Fixed issues.

Maybe it is BI user access rights related?

The previously created report schedules with new Fiory launchpad failed.

The reason of this issue could be the new access right setup in SP05. Solution: Grant the schedule access rights.

Hi,

It depends how the access rights are set up in your BI platform.

If the access rights are conrtolled via access levels:

Log in CMC > Access Levels > Select an access level and open User Security (edit the access level the users are using) > INcluded Rights > Add or Remove Rights > General.
