Is SAP Web IDE available in India as trial?

I want to integrate external APIs with SAP. I want to know whether this can be achieved through Web IDE.

I noticed, most of the options are not available in India region.

    Hi Rohit,

    Can you provide specific options that you're trying to use that are not available?

    Hi Raz,

    I want to consume external API and want to use SAP ECC.

    Is there any trial version of ECC available?
