Could you please tell me why the parked documents are does not showing in acutal line item reports?

Hi,

You do not seem to tick the parked items under the Type field.

In the case of all the three Vendor(FBL1N), GL( FBL3N) and Customer (FBL5N) you can view the parked items. You just need to chose the parked item ( tick in the type field).

You can see line items for Parked documents in FBL1N (Vendors) FBL3N (GL accounts) FBL5N (Customers) if you tick the check box for Parked documents. Depending on your layout they might be displayed separately at the top of the report or included in the list but can be identified by the yellow triangle icon.

Hi ,

Parked docs will not be updated in books of accounts unless it has tobe posted in books of accounts.

Parked Docs are created by employee(clerks) in T.Code F-65 or FBV1.

It can be released by senior employee in T.Code FBV0.
