What type of licenses should the client have to use the services functions in C4C?

Hi Community Experts,

They could support me by telling me what types of licenses are covered by the C4C functionalities.

That is, there is a client who only has sales and social engagement licenses, but they want to use service tickets, surveys, campaigns, visits among other features.

Question: You can use marketing options and services with these licenses (Sales & Social Engagement).

    Hello William,

    I hope you are good.

    Licenses in C4C works based on the work center you assigned to each employee for example:

    If you assign the work center “Service” than it counts as service license, on the other hand if you assign opportunity, then it counts as Sales license

      Thansk for your response.

      I do not know if you understand me,

      In the company that we are working with, they only have two types of licenses:

      1. Sales
      2. Social engagement

      But they want to use sales campaigns, as well as service tickets and other features. They can make use of service tickets, campaigns.
