Hi Friends,

I have a requirement of changing the report RPUAUD00.

When I run the report for IT0759 Compensation Process,it is picking the data for all the five options (In Planning, Submitted, Approved, Rejected and Active) in the Status of Process (CSTAT field) field. My requirement is, this report when run for IT0759, it should pick only Active status records (5th option) of CSTAT field.

Can somebody tell in which place of the program and how i have to modify to get the desired data for that IT0759.

Have a look at the documentation that is held against the report

Prerequisites

So as to ensure that changes to infotype fields are entered (changes, creations, deletions), these fields must be maintained in the following views: HR Documents: Infotypes with Documents (V_T585A), HR Documents: Field Group Definition (V_T585B), and HR Documents: Field Group Characteristics (V_T585C).

You can only display an archive if it was created with archive management (transaction SARA).

You may be able to do something with these.
