Why would the refresh structure function in a single source unx not find any of the tables?

The UNX does work with when queried within IDT and in Web Intelligence however when I refresh the structure in the IDT it fails to find any of the tables. This is in 4.2 sp4. I've never needed to provide qualifiers and table owners. I also notice that when I go to insert a table none of the tables that are in the UNX are indicated in the list of tables. I recall that they use to have a check mark/bold.

What do you mean by refresh structure failed to find any of tables? Have you added any extra new table/new column in the existing tables?

For other part can you share the screenshot.

You can use Refresh Structure to update the contents of the Structure pane. If no changes were made to the database than you don't see any

Refresh Structure can modify the universe structure to comply with changes in the database as ...

Tables were renamed in the database

Tables were removed from the database

    Columns were removed from tables

    Columns were added to tables

However, if it's telling you that the Table doesn't exist, then there's a good chance that the connection the universe is using isn't pointing to the right database or that security has been changed in the database for the credentials the connection is using. So, even though the tables are in the database, the user can't "see" them.

Thank you for the input. Out of curiosity i tried assigning an Owner and Qualifier to the dfx tables and the refresh structure works. It's only a single source universe and I haven't had to previously to assign them. The universes work in Web Intelligence without being assigned owners/qualifiers. What am I missing that would result in this behavior?
