CATS issue - updating absences

CATS time sheet in ESS throwing an error saying

No quota available for att./abs PTO for pers no. XXXX between 02/13/2018 and 02/13/2018, erroneous records exit and navigation not possible .

I know this sounds obvious but I assume you have checked there is a quota available for that date in IT2006? If so check that the counting/deduction rule attached to that particular att/abs type is linked to the relevant quota. Also make sure that the counting rule is assigned to toe correct ESG/PSA grouping. You may also need to check that the quota is assigned to the correct ESG/PSA gouping.
