Error: Segmentation Profile can not be used in Segmentation Model

Hello together,

in the Hybris Marketing Cloud, we can not make the SAP Standard Segmentation Profile: All Accounts and Contacts (ID: SAP_CE_CONTACT) as the Default Profile.

In the underlying segmentation object we have seen this message:

Does anybody knows why? We did not made any changes here until now as this is a new system.

I am facing the same issue. Did you get the reason of the issue why it is appearing. I need to make the All Accounts and Contacts available for the few users. Even we have not made any changes on this profile.

Hello Oliver,

Please navigate to the related segmentation profile and check whether the check-box in "Use in Applications", sap_seg_model be selected.

If not, please select it and then re-test this issue.

If issue still exists after above way, please create a incident to SAP and then we will login system to check it directly.
