Shall we send PO document output along with a mail to vendor when a PO rel

Hi I am new to workflow.

I am having a requirement like, I need to send a mail to vendor whenever a PO has released along with a PO document. Is it fisible i.e sending a PO document as an attachment along with the mail. The vendors are outside the organization.

Please help me in this regard.
