Iam preparing a business case for SRM upgrade from 3.0 to 5.0. Iam looking for key links/documents to help in this process. Basically covering aspects like approach,Business benefits,risks,cost components etc. Can anyone share their experience/ documents.

help.sap.com may give you some additional considerations for upgrade.

Just go to search

choose business suite -> SRM

and search for ' upgrade '

Hi,

The upgrade guide provided by SAP is more than sufficient.Also when you start doing the upgrade the difficulties faced at that time is more impotatnt.You also the see the what's new in SRM 5.0 than SRM 3.0.There are some changes please do take care of those in SRM 5.0
