Delete system from Portal

Dear Friends,

I am trying to configure SAP Portal with SAP BI 7.

i am trying to create a BI system in portal and in testing

i created more than one BI system there in portal.

now i am getting error more than one master system are found and active.

i am trying to deactivate according to SAP Note 919197.

But those systems are not going to be inactive.

then i tried to delete those system but i am getting error message

some objects are currently locked. can anybody tell me how to delete

or inactivate those system.

any help highly appricated
