Hi All,

There is a requirement where I have to schedule a report by creating publications. One email will have more than one recipients in the "To" list.

The Webi report which I have as a distribution list is the manager-resource data.

Eg: If a manager has two resources under him, the email goes out to,, together.

Back-end for the report is BEx and the data looks like below:

Source is:

In Webi report, I created a distribution list in the below format by using some variables to get all the email addresses in one line as shown below:

But, in publication properties, it does not allow to map the dynamic recipients to "Manager" field and "Destination email" field which I derived from a formula, it is only showing me "manager", "manger email" and "resource email" as the fields to map under dynamic recipients.

Can someone please help on achieving this requirement where I can send out the emails to multiple recipients at the same time.

Each row of the dynamic recipients will equate to a single email.

So you need to turn your list around so its recipient focused (as you did in your webi formula of data-derived-in-webi.png) and not focused on the data records that you're trying to merge.

'Profiles' enabling merging of multiple rows into a single delivery, but that requires Enterprise recipients and Profiles to be created.

Regards, Matthew
