Issue: Not able to connect to Sap GUI Production system while acceptance and developement systems works fine. I am at office networks at the moment. For other colleagues it works fine, it was working fine till yesterday for me but today I got login issues. The other thing I checked is that I am able to log in from my colleagues laptop but not from mine (Windows 7 and HP laptop). Can someone give some quick tips to trouble shoot this. I do not have S number so will not be able to view notes.
The screenshots present a standard message when there is an issue with connecting to the system. As your colleagues can connect without problems, that means it is definitely something with your computer (and not application server).
I would firstly reboot the laptop and check if you are connected to a proper network. You can also compare your and your colleague IP address - maybe you are in different network area?
Finally, you should contact your help desk or SAP system administators. They should be able to help you.
