Can you please give us some details? Printscreens or at least describe how have you configured the connection in SM59. What error are you getting?

Hi,

If you have "already installed the SAProuter and correctly configure the saprouttab" then you have to setup the parameter in tcode OSS1. Please see below steps

1. Login to your system
2. Go to Tcode OSS1
3. In Menu Bar > Parameter > Technical Settings
4. Click Change
5. Fill up the following fields ( Please do refer to attach file )
6. Save It. Done!

Now for test connection
In Tcode SM59 > Abap Connections > SAPOSS > Click Connection Test.
If you have encountered any error upon connection test feel free to post it here.

Make sure follow steps above and adding permit entry in saproutertab file to permit connection(James already mentioned it in his answer).

This is the most important step.
