MT940 format or Multi Cash Format for Bank Reconciliation

Can anyone send me the sample format for MT940 & Multicash format of any banks of India. Some banks do not give MT940 format. In multicash format, how to identify, Bank charges entry.

Also, what is the best format, to be used to Bank Reco.
