Management Console startup

Hi team ,

I had installed 4.7 EE on windows 2003 with oracle 8i

now when I try to start the MMConsole it says

"

Start failed 80070005

access is denied "

ok If i start the Same with cmd prompt it shows the message

"STARTUP FAILED".

when I viewed the file ...start.log

it says like this....

so I am not understanding how to set right the problem..

Are you logged on as <sid>adm?... system should be stated with user <sid>adm and at the same time <sid>adm must be a member of the local administators... that must be the reason why you are getting access denied.

Also check that the services are started prior starting the system
