sap* and ddic users are specific to each client and they can indeed have different passwords in each client.

hello

IN ECC 6.0 at time of installations master password is default password of client 000 and 001

and you want change your password u can change from At the time of login or from SU01

in that you can set different different password of SAP* And DDIC Users

And when u copy new client that client have default password is pass of user SAP*

but for that u have to set parameter in instant profile

that is

Login/no_automatic_user_sapstar

Value = 0

hope this will help you

Hi,

When you create different clients in your system the SAP default users and the passwords are retained in the new client further you can change the passwords in the clients to your requirements.
