How to change Status PIAC to ESTO for a mateial with Serial Number?

Dear Friends,

1. If the material status as PIAC, how to change the status of material from PIAC to ESTO?? so that i can change the serial number

Procecdure to change the serial number

1. In IQ03/IQ02 can change

2. Goods Issue against cost center with wrong serial number, then while reversing Goods issues againg the cost center with correct serial number

In the above 2 procedures..which is the correct procedure to change the serial number of a materials. Please suggest if anyother procedure to change serial number of Material
