Adding a customer hierarchy or grouping to a BYD report

Hi All,

I have a report in BYD that lists Projects By Project Type. I would like to group the Project Types into two groups, and thus to be able to report at that grouped level.

I can see that the Characteristics (in this instance Project Type) can be displayed as a Hierarchy, but in order to do that I would need to define that hierachy

Is this possible?

Group 1

- Project Type A

- Project Type B

- - Project 3

- - Project 4

I am looking at all reports where Project Type is included.

However, the question was more generic - "Is it possible to create generic groups for any characterics in a report"

Dear Steve,

You can group the projects with respect to project type. However one group having different project types is not supported as of now.

Could you please let us know which report you are using to achieve your requirement.
