Hello,
Each morning, the portal theme has to be rebuilt in order to render the custom theme. This only occurs in dev environment. Looking for any help to avoid doing this each day.

Can you please tell me what issue you face if you are not rebuilding the theme?
What is you Portal version. Complete EP-Basis Version ?
Are you using Theme Designer ?
