CPIC Error

Some of the process chains in the my systems throws the following message in SM21. This is happening for few process chains and getting the error everytime it starts.

09:00:25 DIA 000 010 R49 Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 223

09:00:25 DIA 000 010 R5A > Conversation ID: 90566703

09:00:25 DIA 000 010 R64 > CPI-C function: CMSEND(SAP)

The process chains are successfully completeting. They are scheduled thru autosys tool.

Please suggest.
