Latest interactions missing in Search page

In CRM WEB UI, in account identification page when searching for an account, the latest transactions are not showing all the records of a particular date.

For Example, for 22/02/2018 for a particular account, I have created transactions. but the latest transactions list show only two.

I checked the config Interaction History Profiles. this transaction type have Period :30 and row : 5.

Any Ideas???

Thanks again for your Reply. I am sorry, I cannot attach screenshot due to some compliance. But please ask me the clarifications you need,so that i can try my best to give the answers as clear as possible.

The page looks like the below and at the result set area, there are two tabs and the tab called last transaction will have the latest transactions.

Hi Ligin,

Business transactions might have several date types so maybe the result list is based on a date type you're not using/expecting.

Also, anaylize which values are getting stored in the INDEX table at CRMD_ORDER_INDEX (DATE_1, DATE_2, DATE_3 and DATE_4 fields) and see if you get any more clues about this issue.

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the reply. I checked today and now the transaction appeared in the list. not sure why its was not showing,some days back.
