When I trigger trial print out in Tcode ME9F, my purchase order is sending to the supplier.
I want just to have a print preview.
Somebody could tell me how can I stop the sending of the mail by the button trial print out?
If I flag Update print-dependent data in spro :
When I make : SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Message Types->Define message type for purchase order->Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order
I will stop the sending of the mail?
Where I can stop it?
Please it 's an emergency, I need some help.
Thanck you
Do the print preview in ME21n or ME22N than you will not have this issue.....

Hi,
In ME9F, instead of clicking "Trial Printout", ask user to click on "Display message", it will show the print preview of the PO and then ask him to click on "Output messsage"
"Trial Printout" is for printing or outputting the printout of the document for trial purpose. By this way even after outputting the printout, it will not change the Processing status of the Document, it will remain as "0" i.e. Not processed
And it is a standard functionality if SAP which can not be avoided.
Better ask Ur ABAPer to deactivate that button itself so that when user clicks on that will not have any effect.
in purchase order change screen you can see Print preview button clicking on which you will see the print preview of the PO. Use ME22n
Thanks

I know that, but the user want to use the button trial print out in me9f.
First they want to print it in me9f
Then after checking it, they want to send it automatically by mail.
And today when we click on trila print out, the PO is sending automatically to the supplier.
It's very dangerous.
Somebody can suggest me something?
