We have to generated/sent events that have already been sent from other legacy systems.
Therefore SAP system must allow the generation of some events without checking its pre-requisite or without checking the receipts.
For example, the event 1000 will be sent from legacy system, then this system has the receipt code. As soon as SAP esocial goes to live the subsequent events will be genereted.
How and what is recommended approach to do in this case in SAP standard? Is there a way to import legacy events, or a way to bypass the receipt validation?
Hi Eduardo,
Thank you for your question!
SAP does not have a standard functionality to cover the scenario that you described.
We recommend that you replicate the events with their receipts from the legacy system to the SAP system, and then follow the rest of the event processing in the SAP system.
Best regards,
Alice

Hi Alice,
Thank you for your quick answer.
Who knows SAP couldn'd offer a single solution for this.
Do you think there is a way to replicate events or insert the receipts without a abap development?
Best regards,
Eduardo
Hi Alice. I would like guidance on the events sent by the Legacy System. We have a current situation in which the client has a process of generation, sending and return of the event S-2230 Temporary Absences made directly in the Legacy System and in which it will not pass at any time through SAP ERP. I ask if there is any problem or interference with this in the HCM process of SAP keeping control of this event integrally in the Legacy System, or we would have to migrate this condition to SAP HCM to control the generation, sending and return of event S-2230 Absences Temporary? What is the recommendation in this case?

Bom dia, Alice. Como faço para registrar no SAP eventos criados em outros sistemas ou mesmo diretamente no eSocial Web? Lembro de existir alguma nota que criou essa possibilidade mas não estou encontrando.
