Ryan is running Crystal Reports 2016. What operating system are you running it on?

What data source are you using for reference to make the list? What confirmation do you have that the data source to make the list has not changed?

To help us see what you're seeing, can you share a (possibly redacted) screenshot of the list with the scroll down showing you're at the bottom. I'm certain you're not overlooking something obvious like that but presenting that screenshot will keep people from asking.

There is a default limit of 1000 values for CR parameters.

to increase the limit follow:

https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/1218588

To increase the maximum number of values for a List of Values (LOV), set the registry key: MaxRowsetRecords, to a value greater than 1,000:

WARNING The following resolution involves editing the Microsoft Registry. Using the Microsoft Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems. Use the Microsoft Registry Editor at your own risk. For more information see the SAP Knowledge Base Article 1323322

  1. Open the Microsoft Registry Editor (regedit)
  2. In the Microsoft Registry Editor, navigate to the path corresponding to the version of the product used:

        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions\LOV
