Hi experts,
i have to hide few fields in Pension fund (71) infotype.I couold do that using view v_t588m.By doing so my fields are getting disabled even in the other subtypes too.
In one of the forum discussions experts have asked to do it through feature.
I have gone through the previous Forum discussion relevant to this. But i am not able to replicate to my scenario.
Please expalin how the fields can be hidden in one subtype and the same should be visible in other subtype.
Please reply immediately.

Hi friend
You can do this using feature P0071.
Go to table T588M, select module pool MP007100, screen 2000 and select details. Select the screens which you want to hide for first Infotype for eg: Staff flat rate scheme FLT. Save the variable key as Z1 and feature as p0071 and save.
Click on feature in the same screen, which will take you to PE03, P0071. Please read the documentation and make the necessary changes.
Kindly let me know if you have any doubts on this.

hi santhosh,
Thanks for the reply.
We already have a exsiting feature for the screen .
when i look that feature in the nodes it is creating infotype screen control something and under this some variables called C,F,M...are given
in the documentation when i checked he has given description for what is c,f,m like customer defined, flat rate, mixed something.
My requiorement is i need to hide fields for one subtype and it shuldn't get hidden in other subtypes. .
how can i do that in the existing one.
i am new to this i couldn't understand feature concept also.
thanks,
Usha
