Hi,
I want to use the same interaction type for 2 different campaigns.
I have created 2 campaigns with the same interaction type.
I thought that filling the initiative id in the function module CUAN_CE_INTERACTIONS_POST would be enough but I still get 2 emails (my 2 active trigger based campaigns based on this specific interaction)
My workaround is to create a new interaction type but if I can I prefer to avoid
Thx
Dear Catherine,
Could you please attach some anonymized screenshots of configuration and campaigns to help understand your scenario/issue?\
Hybris OnPrem or OnCloud?

Kunal

Hi Catherine!
You should use a filter target group on your campaigns.
If you create a target group of type "live target group" you can add this as a Filter in your campaign flow.
Simple example: you want to send a different email to people living near London than to other people,
then I create two filter "live" target groups and assign them in the campaign flow.
This video shows this:

Hope it helps,

Hi Catherine,
I would say it should be possible but would rather suggest to merge it in single campaign as they have a common trigger so all campaigns can be merged and you can then assign multiple action nodes inside the single campaign.
Nevertheless, if you still want to proceed with two separate campaigns here is how I would propose for solution.
1.Define a custom trigger and link it to your interaction type. only one trigger per interaction type is possible.
2.You can then create two separate trigger based campaigns performing two different actions using the same trigger condition.
3.Create a new interaction in the system using either FM or ODATA call and you should have both the campaigns up and running.
I haven't tried this in the system so do let me know if you face any issues and I can give it a try in my system.
Thanks
Vineet
