Hi,
I am using Crystal Reports 10 (v10.0.5.1671 to be more specific) that execute a stored procedure via ODBC in a SQL Server 2005 database.
I am changing the datasource of a report from my development database to my testing database using Database => Set datasource location. I am using an ODBC connection in both environments.
Once I set the new datasource, it prompts me for to enter the parameter values for the stored procedure so that it can execute the stored proc and get the new structure of the dataset. However at this point, it does not provide me any textbox fields to enter the parameter value.
I'm assuming this is a bug in Crystal Reports - as it happens with all my reports in Crystal. Has anyone come across a similiar issue - and if so, is there any solution/patch around this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Joe
Hello Joe,
This is currently a known issue and the workaround is to roll back Service Pack 6 to Service Pack 5
