CA_TS_IS_1 no data

We are trying to implement the Time Sheet Data extractors 0CA_TS_IS_1 and 0CA_TS_IS_2 but there is no data returned when testing them in RSA3. Tracing through the program code it looks like there is a function module looking for entries in table T557G but we do not have any data in this table so it they return no entries. There is data in the CATSDB table.

I'm wondering if there is some kind of setup program that needs to be run in order to integrate this data from SAP ECC to SAP BI? We are on ECC60 and BI 7.0.

Thank you in advance for any help.

hi,

i think you are now doing implementation project, I have worked on These data sources, yes u right, you cannot see the data even though u able to see in CATSDB table.

the thing once you go live then only you able to see the data. you work both 0CA_TS_IS_0 and 0CA_TS_IS_1 data source. create all the transformations and DTP for both, as soon as the system goes live then you will be able to see the data. meanwhile you can work on 0CA_TS_IS_0 DATA SOURCE. if you want you can check with the HR Functional Consultant regarding this.

This InfoSource provides approved data from the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS).

No, we are not doing an implementation. We have been live on SAP since 1998. There are millions of records in CATSDB but none in T557G and that is where the function module is looking for entries, since it finds none it returns no records.

Hi,

We are facing the same issue. Does the configuration of Reporting time types fix this problem?

Table T557A (Reporting Time Types) seems to have data and so does T557G (Relation Table: Absence/Attendance Accumulation).

Many thanks in advance for your clarification.

Kind Regards,

Josh.
