Lumira Server Upgrade

Dear All,

I am trying to update SAP lumira server from Platform 1.31 to Platform 2.0 SP3.

upgradation is stuck on

Starting Server Intelligence Agent 89% [******************************************** ]

how can i proceed further?

I m new in Lumira, would you guide me how can I start only Lumira server instead ./startserver command and where (direcotry)check its logs.

Check the logs for any errors. I assume the installation part is complete, but starting of SIA after the upgrade is struck.
