Hello,
since some time a few users getting the Errormessage "FCW00006" (This site is expired) at the login page of the BI Launchpad at the first login. When they login a second time no error Message appears.
I didn't found anything about this error message. Does anyone got a idea?
Is the BO and Tomcat on same server?

Its probably because those user still have their previous cached session cookies.
Ask the users to clear their browser cache occasionally to avoid the issue.

Hi,
You can try be clearing the tomcat cache or redeploying the tomcat.
Also if the issue is only from IE 11 then refer to the below Note
