CCMS - Auto Reaction Mechod Error

Hi, all

I hopefully you will guys will help me about this problem

In NW 46C (I am trying to setup CCMS alerts through method (Auto Reaction), I alerady checked

1. SU01 my user ID has E address: listed

2. SCOT background job is running fine

3. e mail through SO01 works fine and does received in SOST (finaly mail does works in SAP)

My question is (I setup auto reaction method Buffers) but it does not work automatically mail... when I run it manual I got Mail
