CCMS - Auto Reaction Mechod Error

Hi, all

I hopefully you will guys will help me about this problem

In NW 46C (I am trying to setup CCMS alerts through method (Auto Reaction), I alerady checked

1. SU01 my user ID has E address: listed

2. SCOT background job is running fine

3. e mail through SO01 works fine and does received in SOST (finaly mail does works in SAP)

My question is (I setup auto reaction method Buffers) but it does not work automatically mail... when I run it manual I got Mail

Hello,

You must configure SAPconnect in client 000. You could read [THIS|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/2c/abb2e7ff6311d194c000a0c93033f7/content.htm] article for more information regarding auto-alert notification.

The auto reactions have to be sent from client 000. Have you tried setting up the send process in there?

I have full auth. for SAP_ALL and I done same setup in XDV system works fine... I am using MY ID not client 000 and myConnect is works fine, I tried SOST and internal mails are works fine...

can you please give me some other advised

Hi,

Did you assign the method as auto reaction methods in your ccms, and also are the ccms alerts getting triggered like change from green to yellow and so on.

Also you got to schedule the send job in the background in the client 000.

YES, I did that, now its color RED and 2 alerts are pending.... status as follow:

Hi,

Hey Just try using this method "CCMS_OnAlert_Email" just maintain the necessary settings.

I think there is some problem with the method, i think you have created this method.

Any ways try the above method. In execution tab of method (CCMS_OnAlert_Email) execution of method on any server.

Winderful, I thing you are right, let me try only CCMS_OnAlert_Email only, not which is I created monitor set...
