Solution Manager Web connection This page can't be displayed

Hi,

We are getting this page can't be displayed when starting web based access from local sapgui connection in the Solman 7.2 CAL. IE SM_CRM & SM_WORKCENTER. In the status bar of the web browser "Waiting for response from vhcala4hsmci.dummy.nodomain... for a minute, then the above is displayed. Systems are added to the local HOSTS file. Possible steps to correct?

Hello Rick Lynch,

Are you able to ping SAP solman server from client PC? Is ICM working on Solman?

Run SM_WORKCENTER TCode and keep open window open and run same TCode again and check the results.
