Changing the item categories of Sales orders in web IC

Hi Experts,

We are working on CRM 5.0

We have a scenario where we have to change the item categories of some line items for Exchange Order in Web IC. But in standard Web IC orders I can not see item categories.

We have to change the item categories for only few items in the Order. I am able to do this in GUI.

Can anybody suggest me with suitable solution
