showing geomap with transportation routes (paths, lanes) in Lumira (Discovery or Designer)

Hello,

we need to show geomap with transportation routes (paths, lanes) in Lumira (either Discovery or Designer). Source data contains Origin City/Region/Country and Destination City/Region/Country.

Resulting map should be similar to the screenshot below (taken from another SAP product - Transportation management).

Any pointers, including existing Lumira extensions or feasibility to develop our own extension, would be much appreciated!
