Task Duration Reporting for C4C Service


We are struggling to report on planned duration and actual duration of tasks added to a ticket

On the report we can see the planned start and end dates, task detail, type and the completion rate - but the values for actual and planned duration are 0.00

any help or pointers most appreciated

Have tried running using a variety of the reports which contain Activities / Tasks

    Hi Annabelle,

    I hope you are having a good day, I performed some research on this specific subject in our documentation, however, I wasn't able to find anything related to this specific scenario.

    Also, since you are working with reports that are currently displaying incorrect data, I would recommend you to open an incident with our Cloud Support, so we can check further into your system and replicate the exact same scenario, so we could understand the root cause for this incorrect behavior and provide you some clarification on this issue.

    To save some processing time, I also would recommend to describe in details the issue you are experiencing, providing some screenshots of the result and the information regarding Report and Data Source used.
