How to get the wsdl of success factor entities in SAP PO

Hi Experts,

We need to Integrate the SF (Cloud) with SAP HCM (On Premise)using PO7.5.

How Can I get the wsdl of the specific application of sucess factor in SAP PO to Map with.

For example : I need to integrate the cost center IDOC with sucessfactor.How can I get the wsdl for the cost center entity from sucessfactor or some where else.

Urgent help required.Please help.
