SAP Dashboard what if

Hi Expert,

I am developing what if analysis dashboard and have a flat sheet as following to calculate the losses

On dashboard I have sliders for expanse% and want to create a line chart with product type and losses.

However I am not able to create it as chart as it doesn’t sum the loss number on product type (like pivot table in excel).

Please help.

I have done it using the sumif function in the excel.

However it wasnt showing any data in preview mode only.

Resolved it with the help of following link:

    Hi manipra,
the problem is that in xcelsius the SUMIF function should be used in a different way. Instead of the entire range, you should put in that field only the column containing your "data to find".
    I'll try to be clearer:
if your range is from A ccolumn to D and you're searching your data in column A, and sum the related D column data the formula is the following:

    =sumif(A1:a100,"value",D1:D100)
