What does "i lost a GRN number The "50000" " actually mean?

I sounds as if you just missed to copy the number from the pop-up (for what ever purpose you do this, it is certainly not needed from a SAP design point of view)

This does not at all mean that the service entry was not posted, hence no reason to post it again.

Just look into your purchase order item detail history tab to see the posted SES.

You can even find them in the tree on the left window of ME81N, just expand this window or scroll to the right
