Crystal Reports 2016 starting issue Windows 10 Pro

Hi, Crystal Reports 2016 not starting on Windows 10 Pro, only when i after i started CR force quit the windows explorer it comes up right away. Why? Ist there a fix regarding this issue?

The cause is "GetPixel" api performance on Windows 10 after update.

CR Developers are currently testing new binary (crw32.exe) with alternative api call. Tests show good results already, but it is not officially released yet.
